Looking for a last minute Easter activity to do with the family? The Seravezza Photography Festival at the Medicean palace of Seravezza will be on show until April 12th, promoting an exhibition paying homage to the famous neapolitan photo-journalist, Francesco Cito, and forty years of his work. In the exhibition, “Color and B&W,” 150 of Cito’s photos taken in the Middle East (Palestine, Lebanon, and Afghanistan) as well as his native Italy (Sardinia, Palio of Siena, and Naples) will be on display, including those that made him a World Press Photo Winner. The Medici Palace of Seravezza is a work of art in itself, commissioned by Cosimo I de’ Medici in 1560 and rendered a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2013. So spring into the season with the perfect combination of the past, present, and future.
